In Nov. I bought Media Jukebox 8.0.388.  My computer has recently crashed, forcing me to "Format C".

After getting Media JB 8.0.293 (Notice an earlier version)  back running, I cannot now restore the license for Media JB.  

I had saved the registration code, and typed it in, using dashes between the 5 digit groups, but kept getting the message that the code was not recognized.  

I requested a code over the internet, got the same code, and tried cut and paste.  Same result, although I have also recieved two messages that I have used two restores.  

What is up?

Also, I have recieved emails that I could upgrade to 9.0 for $7.98 and would like to do that.  Following the threads in the chat do not make the process clear, can you help with this second question also?

You could try downloading MC V9 and using your license with it.  If you bought before December, it will work with V9.

I'm not sure, but your 293 build may be too old to use with that license.
