Where does one go to report a but in V10? I can not find a link to contact the company to report problems.

I'm using 10.0.116 and it is registered.
The problem I am having has duplicated on two PC.
On is a Dell 1.4MH, 512 meg ram with about 10gig free disk space. The other is a Compaq 1.0mh 384MB Ram with 10.2 gig free disk space.

The problem is this:
I setup to Normalize before encoding 90%. The ripping finishes then the Normalization completes but then in the Encoding phase the ripping just stops. At this moment it has been Encoding the first song on a CD for the past 40 min.

10.0.120 (build 120) is available here.  I don't know whether the problem was fixed, but can you try it?  Then report in that thread.

OK but I'm a little confused. I just downloaded MC 10 yesterday because I was have echo problems with MJ 8 on a win 98 PC. MC also records echos on that pc. Anyway I just did the look for updates and MC did not find any. So I guess I need to download the 120 update. Where is the 120 located?

You are in the right place to report problems. The latest builds always appear in this forum before they appear in check for updates. The thread for build 121 is at the top of this board, here. New builds get posted very frequently, almost every day. Try installing that, and if it doesnt help you can report the problem here in the forum thread for that build. You will also find lots of help and advice here on MC matters.
