Won't Restore

I have had to reinstall version 8. I have a backup of my licence, when I try and enter it I get sent to a web page. I've entered the email address  I originally used and it can't be found. I know it's correct because I can see it in the .rrg file.

What's going on? Why can't I use the software I've paid for?

What is the name of your license?

What version of 8.0 do you have?  It's in MJ Help/About.

The file is MediaJukebox8.rrg but I may have renamed it some time ago?

The versionis 8.0.388
