If you are seeing library server crash or have a dialog box exiting the program when the client is getting thumbnails but exits, then try the next build (after 254). I was able to reproduce this a time or two, but not recently and not often. If you can cause it to happen, turn on "Library Server" in the debug logging, and post the log here.
