Hi there,

How long should it take for me to receive my login and pwd info email fm Pixie after I posted?  I want to take some photos down that should not be posted publicly. 

It's been about 15 minutes; I used a valid email address when I posted; the Pixie email is not in my spam folder; and it's not in my trash.

It takes about a minute.  If it doesn't arrive, your e-mail is probably being filtered by your e-mail program or your ISP.  Hotmail.com seems to dump JRiver e-mail.  You could try another e-mail account.  gmail.com, for example.

OK.  That's fine going forward, but how can I take down the gallery posted using my hotmail address that Pixie can't reach?

Try logging into your pix01 account.  You can see your albums and manage them.

How can I login if the Pixie email can't be received at the hotmail account I designated?

1) I sent a gallery to pix01 using MC 12.  I used a hotmail address.  I want to take the gallery down.  I cannot take the gallery down unless I can login.  I cannot login b/c Pixie can't send messages to hotmail addresses.

2) I set up a second gallery using gmail.  The Pixie email was received and I can login.  However, I cannot use my gmail login to remove my hotmail gallery (see No. 1 supra).

How can I take down the "hotmail gallery"?

You have to activate once.  Please try a non-hotmail account or contact Microsoft to report the problem.

We'll remove the gallery later today.

Please PM me your hotmail address and gallery name. I'll remove the gallery and check the mail logs to see if the email was delivered.
