Under [Players.Display]
add or skip this if already exist

JRMedia=Media Jukebox 12

Under [Players.IsRemote]
add or skip this if already exist

JRMedia=True

I have a Logitech MX3200, so I followed the faq in wiki, and I replaced word "Media Center" in "JRMedia=wac,Media Center 12.exe,MJFrame,xxx,xxx,10001,10000,10002,10004,10003,0,1,Media Center 12" with "Media Jukebox", but the media keys only work when the application is focused. So I made a few modification to the code found in this thread http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=2884.0, now the media keys work even the application is unfocused. Hope this helps.
