Media Jukebox Fails to Recogize Samsung YP-T9J MP3 Player

This player is only a couple of years old.  Why doesn't the software recognize it when I go into Tools |Options |Handheld --> Redetect all handhelds?

Does it show up as a drive under Explorer?

Try updating the firmware for the device.

If the device has transfer modes, try MTP.
