What is the SRC (sampling rate converter) method used in MC16?

Curious... has JRiver ever published/shared which SRC is used in MC16?

Is it possible to use standalone?  Is it proprietary?

It has been mentioned before that MC is using Shibatch's SSRC as the sample rate converter. However, the dithering and sample rate conversion are independent of each other and uses MC's own implementation. Here is an interesting website to compare sample rate converters:  SRC Comparisons. I would assume it would be similar to SSRC High Precision in the comparison.
