Things are a little slow here this month. We're concentrating mainly on bugs.
We've also had some vacations. Bob went to San Francisco for two weeks, via train. I went to Colorado for a week. John just left for two weeks in England. Yaobing went to China for two weeks. Matt's going up north soon.
It's been dry here until last night. We had two inches of rain at my house, less other places.
It's still been a good month. We're selling a lot of software, in part because of the interest at AVSforum in Red October and other video improvements. In case you missed it, here's one of the threads:
http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=1352282The digital media space has been interesting. Cloud media was a big deal in the press, but my sense is that a lot of people just view it as more Internet. I don't think it's propelling Amazon forward very fast, for instance. Google's acquisition of Motorola's phone business is a very intersting development. Let's hope it doesn't make the other handset manufacturers lose interest in Android. Best Buy has a lot of tablets out front now, so they think something's changing.
Here's an interesting thread on Ethernet over Powerline:
