Yesterday I purchased a licence paying with Paypal. The transaction returned a paypal busy message. I later entered my paypal transaction number and received a licence number. When I try to install this number I get a no such licence number message.
Could someone please guide me through this Catch22 madness so I can get the product properly licensed?

Also tried re-entering Paypal Transaction number.
Consistently gives
We could not authenticate your transaction.

Please try later at JRiver's PayPal support page. You will need your PayPal Transaction ID.

Please visit Interact for technical support.

 I purchassed the new  jrmc 18 on Feb 9 and activated it on my main htpc. now I am attempting to activate on another and the license does not appear on my account. I attempted to use the paypal support link to no avail.

what should I do?

That the thing my MC 18 does not show up on the registration codes email I get sent back.  What then?

I have the paypal transaction verification code and even activated it on one of my PC´s at the time of purchasse on Feb 9 2013.
