I'm wondering if it's possible to create a spreadsheet of all my albums that I have, using MC to export this list.

You can copy the contents of any view and paste them into a spreadsheet.

Is there a way to arrange my library by album to make this easier?

I had the same questions and one of those super helpful people supplied me a code for a smartlist that did exactly that. I modified it slightly so it would show all Discs in a multi disc set. The code they gave me only returned Disc 1 of those sets.

I cant find my original post though.
