Hey guys, ok I just moved and set up a new system that has a lot of capability in the audio and video arena. I have been using this awesome piece of software for 4 years now and I am by no means an expert. I need help getting my setup to sound even better and I know it can, but I am a dummy when it comes to this software. It's WAY above my head, so instead of messing it up, (which I will) I want to pay an expert in this software to come over and set it up and show me how to use it properly. I will pay whatever you want, just call me or email me if there is someone who is a real expert at this. I'm one of those guys who if taught hands on, I won't forget, but if you try and explain it in a forum, I can't learn it. I'm sure there is so much about it that I don't know and might not be able to even ask the correct questions here to get the most out of it. Thanks in advance guys.

Perhaps you can better describe what you want to accomplish, so as to scope the project a little more.

Im running an oppo 105 as a pre to my arcam 7 channel amp. I need to get all my flac music on 2 channel and to get the very best sound humanly possible by doing what needs to be done and tuning the software for my room. It sounds very good now, but i know it could be much better. Also to teach me how to adjust things here and there.

I'm happy to help you remotely with as much as I can.  I'm no expert wrt all the audio configurations (DSP convolution, etc.), but I'm sure others can also chime in.

You might make better progress focusing on one area at a time (audio setup, organization and librarian functionality, general usage).

MC is a large program, with lots of knobs and dials.

Maybe you can send user mojave a plane ticket to northern CA.  Or maybe Matt wants to come to the west coast for a visit.  :-)

love the pic. Yeah I know, this software is very extensive and I have already found a way to mess thngs up, luckly I was able to backtrack, which is why its best that I get a pro in here and figure it out. I may do the plane ticket idea if there is no one local.

Locally you could check with Nyal Mellor of Acoustic Frontiers. He is a JRiver user and has posted here at Interact. He can also perform complete audio/video calibration for you.

I think I have messed up my DSP Studio settings. Anyone help quickly on full setting four it? I am no sure that there is a setting for my 5.1 setup minus room correction?

lost my sub in DSP. can someone give me settings on a 5.1 for this? if it's that easy??
