Unexpected behaviour when playback is started remotely
« on: June 04, 2014, 05:40:03 am »

I am seeing get something that may have its own logic, but feels wrong from a user point of view. When I start playing a movie or album from gizmo (dlna controller) to my media server (dlna renderer) it seems that the media server loses the ability to pause and stop playback. The remote computer, or gizmo, have control of playing now. Hitting pause or stop on the remote of the htpc (media server) doesn't seem to work. I would expect my htpc (the media server)  to have penultimate control over playback since it is connected to the speakers and has the remote control and is the playback computer.

I can't explain this.  Pause should work fine if Gizmo is acting as a controller.
