Hi

When I try and update to the new version of MC20  the process hangs at installing WDM driver. I've tried a few times

Any ideas what I should do?

Do you have administrator rights?

The OS should ask if you want to install the driver.  Say yes.

Jim - most users do not know how to do this. When you post this, it might be good to give people the whole command line.

You could do an Internet search if you don't know what it means.  It's the install package name followed by the switch.

I experienced the same problem but it did install in the end, just takes a long time during wdm install and you see installer not responding message.
Just leave it, it will install.

Same here. MC message box says it's "not responding" while installing WDM diver - but it is working. Give it a few more minutes.
