Help re License Restore
«
on:
January 22, 2015, 10:20:54 am »
I just changed my OS from 32Bit to 64. In the process I uninstalled JRiver, then downloaded a new version and reinstalled. I obtained my code to restore my license.
Got the message "not valid for media center"
What do I do now?

You may need to install the version that matches your license. Please see the "Purchase" link above.

You have an MC19 Windows license associated with your forum email.

Just click through the error then set the program not to start in Start in Options > Startup.
