Hello

My cover art does not seem to work automatically when movies are imported anymore (TV shows are fine).
Even when I try to right click and say 'get movie & tv info' the results appear however the image of the cover art does not.

Is the TVMb database down?

TvDB changed something recently, and JRiver fixed the issue in more recent builds. Do you have the latest build installed?

I've just installed JRiver myself and investigating it as a replacement for XBMC/KODI.

I'm having the same issue. Added a library of movies and I'm only getting frame thumbnails for my cover art. Also it seems that the TV is refreshing/flicking/changing scene for every movie as it possibly tries to create the frame.

Using a version of JRiver I downloaded today so it should be the latest (it's 20.0.63 which is the latest available on the download page. Should I be using the latest version as per the top on this page?).

Installed the latest version but no difference. Still creating frame thumbnails and TV screen flashing

Did you try updating your video driver?

What version of Windows are you using?

Is the hardware old?

Windows 7N, GT730 with very recent Nvidia drivers (maybe a couple of weeks old).

It's only when scraping the library that the TV tries to change scene. It's as if a different resolution file is being loaded and TV is trying to adjust. I'm assuming its the creation of the frames for thumbnails causing it (guessing MC has to open the movie in the background somewhere to get the frame).

Really I don't want to be using the frames though and download cover art.

Thanks for your reply.
I have the latest JR20 installed, and its only recently that the last 10 movies have not been downloading cover art, even after an import.

I have Windows 8.1, and a nVidia GTX 650, so it has not got to do with either of these..

Hi. I am also experiencing issues with the cover art and this is the same with my htpc and another workstation. Both hardware are quite current.
