Failed To Download LAV Splitter Filter

i tried using MC on a computer I don't use often. It's synced as a client of my main computer with MC.    I just got this error message when trying to watch a prerecorded tv show. Never happened before.

Then, while trying to watch a live tv show I got the following;

Invalid audio decoder filter or output pin

What's going on??!

Is it connected to the Internet?  Firewall stopping the LAV download?

Its worth noting that this is the second LAV splitter download failure today.

I just erased my LAV folder and MC downloaded again straight away.
