Could you easily try it without overclocking?
I reset the BIOS to out of the box defaults. Here is the new benchmarks.

It is hard to make a direct comparison with the channel changing between over clocked & stock BIOS but it seems to be a little better (not by much, fewer lock ups but they are still there). Also, the audio echoing is as bad as ever & the image breakup is still there.
Let me use it this way for a few hours to see if anything else develops.
