Random tracks in smartlist that should be played in segue - help pls

Hello Folks, I have set up a number of Smartlists to play random tracks, not played in the last 300 days, that are in a certain Genre.
It works fine.

Occasionally an isolated track plays that really is part of the next track on the album.
For example Steve Miller - Fly Like An Eagle: Track one Space Intro should be followed by track two Fly Like An Eagle. [Or Fly Like An Eagle should be proceeded by the space intro].

Please tell me how I can instruct such tracks to always play together in the correct sequence.

The Beatles Abbey Road side two also needs to be played as a segue not isolated tracks.
How can cause my smart Smartlists of random tracks to deal with this.

Like MrC, I don't really see a possible solution other than combining the tracks.

Did they ever come up with a fix for this in newer versions?
