In 9.1.228, we introduced a new little window at the bottom of the tree. It can emulate the old properties window or it can serve as a "drop target" (now "drag, drop, & go").

If it seems like we're experimenting, you're right. We think it works, but if you don't agree, please start a new thread and we'll try to listen.

In the meantime, there is a Media Something t-shirt and a quart of Ben and Jerry's ice cream (flavor of your choice, shipped UPS 2nd day) for a better name than Action Window.

It's the borderless window on the left that has the album cover. It can change to Playing Now, CD Burn, Handheld Download, Playlists, Properties, etc. We're still working on how the view is switched.

If you have 9.1.229, hit ALT-Enter to open it. Right click on it to control it. The jumpiness should be fixed today.

So, JimH, what skin is being used in the screenshot? I thought it was the brushed metal skin by JC but the minimize / maximise images are different, is there another "brushed metal" skin out there ??
