DVD Burner
« on: June 12, 2008, 11:44:28 am »

I can't get the DVD to work on media center 12, also is it to late to get a refund? I purchase this yesterday, It is not as good as I thought it was. It is hard to inport music from an external hard drive to media center 12.
Do you have Tec support using a telephone number, I am willing to pay for the call.

It is hard to inport music from an external hard drive to media center 12.

Could you explain your problem?
All my music is on an external hard-drive.
I don't know any app that is as easy as Media Center 12 is in this respect
If you explain your problem I'm sure we can help you out.

The 30 day trial means that we do not offer refunds.  It lets you test on your machine.  Machines sometimes have idiosyncracies or real problems of their own.

Importing from an external drive is the same as any other drive (if it's connected).

This is tech support.  Please post some details.  What version you're using, for example.

The wiki (link above) has information on DVD playback.
