I just had to move unexpectedly and I was using .08 of MC15 with no issues.

I just installed .32 and get an error when trying to playback any files.

Quote
The following has failed to load:
C:\Program Files (x86)\J River\Media Center 14\Plugins\out_main.dll

It has reported the following error:

Failed to load JRTools.dll

Please re-install the latest version of the program.

Not sure why MC15 is trying to access MC14 files.

I have re-installed and rebooted but playback is broken.

when you came from version 8, read this post: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=56783.0
when that does not help and you know what you do, you could see if the value in the registry under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JRiver\Media Center 15\Plugins\DSP\Output Format

edit: changed it a bit.

Is MC15 in beta still? I have seen it for sale here....seems like a weird bug for a full release. Maybe .08 was still beta?

Anyway, thanks.

I have looked at the entry you suggested and it just has values like

;;;1

nothing obvious to change from 14 to 15 there.

i have a path entry there... but actually a better pplace to check first is what is in the link from my first post
for instance look in:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JRiver\Media Center 15\Player Core

at the right side you find something like:

Output Plugin Path

the value there schould be:

C:\Programme\J River\Media Center 15\Plugins\out_main.dll
