When I enter my registration code for Media Center 26 Master License to purchase and upgrade to Media Center 27 Master it states there is no upgrade available for that license. Could use some helpful hints on what I am doing wrong.

Please try the updated purchase links in the first post of this thread.

27.0.79 or higher is required to use the new license.

I need an help. I just bought an upgrade licence for windows (from MC 23).  I had already installed MC 27 trial version (expired)  and but after a double Click on the mjr file, i receive a warning .. "You are using Media Center 27 windows to install a license for a different version". I don't understand where i am wrong.

I like to upgrade my Master license. i actually use MC22 especially for qnap. So can i still use MC on qnap with the new lic?

Hi, I have a license for MC18.  The upgrade url https://jriver.com/purchase_27_as_upgrade.html did not provide the upgrade price after I entered the registration code.  Can you let me know if it is a website error or that I have to pay the full price?  Thanks.

Hi, I bought the wrong upgrade version. Master for Windows, Mac, and Linux instead of Windows only. Now I only get the message: "Your license file is valid for a different product" Can I exchange the license?

You can get it working now by downloading a more recent version of  MC27.
